Alimony increase from 1 January 2023 is 3.4%

The Minister of Justice sets a percentage each year to increase child support and partner alimony. This applies to all alimony regardless of whether it has been determined by the court or by you together. Inform your former partner about the new amount in time.

The percentage by which alimony is increased with effect from 1 January 2023 has been set at 3,4%.
