Child abduction hotline to report missing children

The 116000 Hotline is a European emergency number that operates in 32 European countries to report missing children. The 116000 Hotline is operated by national organisations in each of the 32 European countries. In the Netherlands the hotline is operated by the International Child Abduction Center (Center IKO). The hotline is available 24 hours a day; +31 (0) 88 800 9000 (outside the Netherlands).
